Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
Click on the relevant picture of the design that you like (colour hanger, single or double lines) to see the range of available options, or get in touch if you require assistance. When you check out through PayPal, please add the wording you would like us to put on your hanger in the ‘Note to seller’ box.
Q: Do you offer a discount for a large order?
Yes:
- 10% off an entire order of between 5 and 10 hangers

15% off an entire order of 11 or more hangers
Our Hangers
Q. What is the maximum number of letters you can fit onto a hanger?
For best effect, we restrict the number of letters you can fit onto the top of a hanger to 6, and the bottom line to 12. (A heart or & symbols count as two characters. We cannot make hyphens, dashes or inverted commas.)
Q. Are the letters on the personalised hangers in both upper and lowercase letters?
The first letter in a name is in uppercase, with the rest flowing along in lowercase letters. Of course you just have to let us know if you'd like it to be otherwise, no problem!
Q. Can I have coloured wire on my hanger?
Yes, the available colour options are under the dropdown menu, once you click on a picture to place an order.
Q. Which types of hangers can I choose from?
We use high quality hangers in pure walnut, white or neutral. (Hangers may appear slightly lighter or darker than on our website due to photography lighting and computer screen variations.)
Q. Which wording can I choose for my hanger?
We have made a huge range of stylish hangers. Wording has included:

The Dress
Q. How big and strong are the hangers?
Each hanger is approximately 17.5in/44cm wide and is strong enough to hold a heavy wedding gown, with notches for straps.
Delivery
Q: I don’t live in the UK. Can I still order from you?
Yes, we deliver internationally. Just choose international delivery from the dropdown menu at the order checkout.
Q: How long will it take you to deliver my order?
We usually work to a time scale of 2 weeks (14 days) before dispatch. We will keep you informed of the status of your order along the way and once the hangers are dispatched, so you can always know how your order is progressing.
Q: I need my hanger sooner than that
A: Please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, there will be an additional charge for this.
